GSB Architecture offers an innovative design approach that makes a difference to property owners and facility managers with emphasis on durability, energy efficiency and economy. Our primary focus is to provide outstanding architectural designs that are both environmentally friendly and energy efficient. We identify simple decisions of material and system selections that offer above-average to significant benefit for facility performance. Our office provides full service from programming and feasibility studies, project scheduling, consultant coordination, pre-design thru construction document phases, finish selections, value engineering, constructability review, project management, construction administration and project closeout.
GSB Architecture was established by Greg S. Balderree, AIA Architect | CGBP | LEED AP in 1989 with the mission to always provide high level design and professionalism, while creating lasting partnerships in search of excellence.

GSB Architecture has designed and collaborated on a diversity of project types among Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Agricultural and Industrial, including Custom Homes, Master Planning and Site Design, Commercial and Retail Centers, Business Parks, Hotels, Cultivating, Processing and Manufacturing Facilities, Medical Offices, Automotive Retail and Maintenance Facilities, Television Studios, Wineries, Data Centers, Waste Water Treatment Facilities, Production Well Pumping Plants, Auditoriums and Parking Garages.
Greg received his degree in Architecture from the Arizona Architectural Institute. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a Certified Green Building Professional, a Corporate Member of Build It Green, a LEED AP, a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and International Code Council.

We design to preserve natural resources, respect water and energy conservation and generation, integrate effective passive and active solar strategies, optimize indoor air quality, daylighting and views, design high-performance thermal envelopes and maximize energy efficiencies to be environmentally conscious for a greener, healthier, sustainable future. Today’s homes and buildings must be well-designed, healthier, to resist the harmful effects of the elements, and meet higher standards from design through occupancy and operation, while reducing contribution to ozone depletion and global warming. Our success begins with innovation, responsible ideas and excellent project management, but most importantly with long-term client relations.
